AttendNZ, ISME’s official registration partner, has negotiated accommodation rates at a number of hotels near the conference venue. You can book the below hotels at the listed rate during the registrations process.

All accommodation bookings are managed exclusively by AttendNZ, and bookings are subject to AttendNZ’s own terms and conditions, which are separate from ISME’s terms and conditions for registration. 

Accommodation Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment: 5 nights minimum stay is required. Full payment required at booking. Credit card fees are non-refundable. All prices during the booking are including 15% GST and a $28.75NZD booking fee.

Hotel Refund Policy: Once booked your room is non-refundable. Cancellations will incur a $28.75NZD cancellation fee per room. To cancel, contact AttendNZ at isme20@attend.co.nz.

Booking Amendments: Changes possible subject to availability.  Amendments will incur a $28.75 amendment fee per change.

General Policies: Ensure accuracy of all guest information at booking.

Acceptance of Terms: Booking confirms agreement to these terms.
